One of the most common issues with HVAC systems in Florida is clogged condensate drain lines. Often overlooked and uncleared drain lines can cause thousands worth of water damage to your property. We recommend routine maintenance twice a year in order to keep your drain line cleared often we use nitrogen to blast any debris. The health of your HVAC system can be protected by changing your filter monthly and having a full maintenance performed by a knowledgeable HVAC technician. Sluge and grime can build over time in the condensation line causing the system to shut down if safety switches are used or in some cases to cause water damage to the interior walls of the property. All of these can be prevented by having the maintenance performed often.
