Keeping Your Mind Active

Day 17 of 30 – It is important to keep your mind active and sharp so you continue to grow your brain. It does not have to always be hard but it’s important to do things that keep the blood flowing to it. Eat health, exercise, have conversations that make you think. For great conversation starters check out I have seen him at an event a few years ago and read his book. He has a ton of great points.
