In this HVAC troubleshooting video I use my Testo 317-3 and Supco M500 to isolate a short that was tripping a York packaged rooftop circuit breaker. Every HVAC and Refrigeration technician should own a megohmmeter in my opinion. Very handy tool, Happy HVACing.
