In this video I perform a server room AC preventative maintenance. I discuss the importance of checking the electric reheats and burning off the dust to prevent an alarm situation. HVAC technicians must understand the concept behind dehumidification, how we use cooling to extract moisture from the air as it condenses on the evaporator coil and how we must reheat the air in certain applications so the space is not over cooled.
