In this HVAC Chronicles video, I talk a little about inverter technology, VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems, and some upcoming tool reviews. The HVAC industry is heading toward an existence where all HVAC equipment is powered by inverter driven motors and compressors. The sooner HVAC technicians accept this and begin learning the technology, the better! VRF (or VRV) equipment is one of my favorite types of HVAC equipment, so I focus on that type of inverter driven system in this video.
