The electrical short revealed in the video is one that some HVAC techs have trouble locating. It requires one tool, eyes. Because they are at the top of the contactor or line side sometimes it’s difficult to find, that’s why the title, states “hidden electrical short”. Every HVAC/R tech should be aware of this issue.
