I changed the oil in a couple of Copeland hermetic compressors, these had mineral oil in as the system runs R22, I put POE oil in so that the systems are one step nearer being able to run on a R22 replacement should they leak after the ban on use.
I also replaced a leaking oil sight glass and replaced a fusible plug.
