If you have a failed crankcase heater that leads to refrigerant migration, which causes a flooded start. If that flooded start is a major flooded start that is a slug. If the slug leads to a damaged/busted discharge valve, the discharge pressure starts putting pressure on the piston and oil can get into the wrist pin and this will lead to a lack of wrist pin lubrication, if not corrected quickly. Always do a wrist pin check after you have damaged discharge valves.
